Buyer's Responsibility/Legal Ownership Limitations
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the gun is legal to own in your city/state.
Warranty Information
Unless noted otherwise, the firearms and accessories we sell are NIB (New In Box) and have FULL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES. Any items found to have a defect must be returned to the manufacturer.
Special Orders
We can special order many types of firearms, accessories, and ammunition loads. Special order items require prepayment. You will be charged the full price in advance when we order the item(s) from the manufacturer or supplier. Cancellation of a special ordered item is subject to a restocking fee. There are no refunds of special order items, only an exchange if the item is found to be defective.
Payment
Cashier's checks and money orders are accepted. Personal checks can be accepted, but will be held seven business days to clear your bank.
Local Pickup
We allow for local pick up at a prearranged date and time. We charge the required 7.75% sales tax rate for West Chicago. You MUST present a valid Illinois driver's license and FOID for local pick up, no exceptions.
Returns
For local purchases, the sale is complete and no return will be accepted once you have the item in your possession and leave the premises.
For online transactions or shipments to an FFL, once you complete the transfer with your dealer, no returns will be authorized. No exceptions.
Trades/Layaways
Trades are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Layways are available on a 3-payment plan: 50% required at time of order, 25% required in 30 days and the remaining 25% in 60 days. There are no layaway on purchases that total less than $100.00. The first installment is a restocking fee and is non-refundable. Any layaway cancellations or changes will be charged the restocking fee and any remaining credits will be given as a store credit. Store credits are good for 90 days. There are no refunds. Late installments (more than 5 days) will be charged a $5.00 processing fee. If an installment becomes 7 days late, the restocking fee will be charged immediately and any remaining credit will become a store credit for the customer. The price on the date the layaway is started is what the layaway order will be billed at, whether the item has a price increase/decrease later. There are absolutely no refunds, exchanges or changes on layaways. Damaged merchandise can be returned for the same item only.
Product Photos
We may use stock photos instead of a photo of the actual firearm or accessory that is being sold. Stock photos are representative and may not be the actual item.
